After 10 years in the heating and cooling industry, I realized that homeowners were tired of being treated like a number. They were tired of "sales-first" technicians, confusing quotes, and call centers that didn't understand their urgency.
I decided to go out on my own to bring back the "neighborhood HVAC guy" — the expert you can call by name and trust to give you the straight scoop every time.

When I’m not under a furnace or on a roof, I’m a married father of 3. My family is the reason I started Ottawa Valley Heating & Cooling—to build a business based on the values I teach my kids: honesty, hard work, and doing the job right the first time.
